The stacked signs in the photo help tell the story, as well as mentioning in the caption that the subject once was unhoused. Its a well-framed photo, and the slight angle gives it some character.

This photo stood out as the winner. Its a unique way to shoot a portrait. The accessories speak for themselves, so we dont necessarily need to see the subjects face. The background is well thought out, and the hand placement is nice.
