2019 POY/CPOY and MultiMedia Call for Entries

It’s time to look back at your 2019 work and enter it into the Indiana News Photographers Association Annual Contest, which will be held on Friday, Feb. 21 and Saturday, Feb. 22 at Indiana University in Bloomington.

I’ve posted the rules/entry procedures for our POY, CPOY and multimedia contests. For all you early birds, we are now accepting entries. The multimedia contest entries are due by Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, and the still contest entries are due by Monday, Feb. 17, 2020, by noon (eastern time).

You’ll notice one big change to how you enter this year: We have changed the way you name the image files. All you’ll need to do is name the photo correctly with a complete caption. You’ll find the naming instructions on each contest page. I am hoping this will make it easier and less complicated to enter than in past years. There’s also no need to make a zip file, just drag and drop your entries into the contest entry window.

Remember you must be a paid member of INPA to enter the contest. Please check to make sure you are a member in good standing before attempting to enter the contest.
