- Mower Repair Tom Ludwig, 65, of Whitehall, has spent most of his life taking other people’s junk and making it useful again. Most days, he can be found in his garage bringing old, forgotten lawn mowers back to life. “If a guy like me would ever get organized,” he said, “I’d have people standing in line waiting on him to work on ’em.”
